2022.01.28 03:25 WellNoInFactILied If Function with Vlookup Challenge

Hey Excel Redditors,
I am a consultant creating a project plan template in Excel for my client and could really use your help.
Each row of the plan is a task to complete. Columns includes unique ID, start date, end date, and a place to input the unique ID of the task dependency - meaning, "what other task must be complete before I start this task?" (Complete = "end date.")
The challenge: My boss would like for a column to spit out instruction for the task based on the completion of the task dependency. This would be either "Do not proceed with this task" or "Okay to proceed with this task."
I told him I would figure it out and I've been experimenting with formulas and researching online for over an hour and am just not getting there. It would be so amazing if one of you would be so kind as to help me out.
The screenshot should have all the information needed.
THANK YOU!!!

2022.01.28 03:25 Mmimich Discussion regarding the forbidden flame and flesh jewels

I find those jewels really cool and I'm glad they will be introduced to the game. However, I find the need to have matching jewel concerning even in trade league. I'm speculating but I think that it's quite unlikely to drop two matching jewels yourself. While it can be exiting to some players to drop a rare/strong item since it means money once sold, for the majority it is the idea that they could use the item that makes it appealling.
Unless those jewels are usable alone they only mean money for the average player on trade league and they're plainly useless in ssf.
I would suggest to add a drawback to the jewels that applies unless they match e.g: -2 ascendency point if you do not have a matching jewel equipped. (-3 for scion or something else ?)
This would allow to replace up to two of your ascendcy notables with others of your class or gain an extra one when they match, as of currently.
I think that would make them more appealing, what do you think ?

While setting up a refund I was asked if I wanted to use my credit karma spend account for my tax refund direct deposit. If I did I would be granted a $100 bonus through Credit Karma. 2022.01.28 03:25 Saxlabouxlas How am I supposed to deal with "that" kind of people.

I know this isn't the purpose of this sub but please hear me out. How am I supposed to deal with people that when losing the debate or when being "cornered" start mindlessly throwing insults while not even addressing the topic at hand? Im just standing there like "😐 anything else?😐 ". I mean sure you just proved my point and admitted that you have no argument but cmon... After proving a point I want my debatee on equal moral ground, so we can better understand and appreciate each other's attempt. I don't get any satisfaction from winning a debate by braking my debatee's morale. I can't stand watching people I know for a long time act like rabid dogs. Sure you feel mentally inferior cause you have no argument, you felt vulnerable, that's fine. But leave it at that and let's discuss on equal ground. By turning your brain off and spouting nonesence how am I supposed to take you seriously? I'm arguing with a man not a mongrel, you're just making a fool of yourself. Plus it feeds my ego... And that's bad.
So... How do I bring someone back after them going off in anger? Or rather how do I make sure they at least learn something from the debate?

2022.01.28 03:25 plastacinegirl should i be worried?

my boyfriend (25m) and i (22f) have been dating for a little under a year. there was one occasion a few months ago where his ex was trying to follow him on socials. he said he blocked her immediately (he actually didn’t, come to find out) and that was it, nothing else.
however, a couple days ago, he mentions her trying to follow him again. except, this time he says that he “messaged w her, but he kept the conversation casual”. it really took me by surprise that he had spoken to her, but also that he didn’t bring it up before.
i don’t know if i’m just being insecure or whatever, but he never told me this when it happened. they had a very messy breakup, so when he said he blocked her right away, i never questioned it. i want to say something and have a mature conversation w him, but idk if i’m just reading too much into this.

2022.01.28 03:25 JetKlaatu ME3 (LE) - Kasumi Mission GLITCH? (The Hanar Diplomat, Jondum Bau is missing!)

Hi,
During ME3 (LE) there's a side mission with Kasumi (assuming she's alive from ME2 if imported) and in the mission called "The Hanar Diplommat" you have to scan 4 terminals.
Straight after that you're meant to meet Jondum Bau in the Citadel Emissaries, Offices (turn left as you exit the elevator) and he SHOULD be standing in front of the terminal to the right of the door to the offices but he's NOT THERE!!!
The map even shows his name just to taunt me, so he should be there at the very least to interact with.
I did some research and others have had this glitch I think but it's not clear as there are slight differences and none have shown it happening in the Legendary Edition.
Has anybody else experienced this glitch and/or got any solution for it?

Kasumi on the left and Jondum Bau on the right (Salarian)
Thanks

I just purchased a home and it has 2 thermostats about 40 ft part. One in the living room and one by the back door area. 1 is heat and 1 is A/C.
I want to use Nest but can’t find if 2 thermostats can’t talk to the same temp sensor or not. I have looked into connecting both thermostats but unless I do it on the outside of the walls myself I am looking at about $3,000 to have them wired together for one thermostat.
